Our maple syrup balsamic reserve has a higher density than traditional balsamic vinegar. It’s an excellent blend of maple syrup and cask-aged balsamic vinegar. This is excellent as a drizzle on biscuits, pancakes or waffles. It’s a great extra drizzled on baked squash as well. I like brushing it on bacon wrapped appetizers (bacon wrapped scallops, bacon wrapped dates, or bacon wrapped Brussel sprouts). Brush on both sides of the bacon before wrapping and then bake the appetizers as normal, resulting in a great taste.
