This balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy, is complex, rich and tart.  It's depth of flavor comes from the barrel-aged balsamic vinegar that is blended with sparkling white French Champagne vinegar.  We love it in vinaigrette, roasted meats and vegetables, red meat, venison and wild boar.
