This balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy, is blended with real fruit.  It combines the best of our flavored balsamic and our aged balsamic.  We have added the complex multifaceted balsamic flavors of our cask-aged balsamic to delicious sweet fig flavors.  Ideal for use in glazes and a fabulous addition to meat stews, braised short ribs or drizzled on venison or wild boar.
