This balsamic is perhaps one of the products we've been most excited to add to our line of products.  The rich deep flavors of dark chocolate combine beautifully with the cask-aged density balsamic vinegar.  It is fabulous as a glaze on beef or pork, or drizzled in combination with our blood orange flavored olive oil over roasted chicken.  Also great for fruit fondues, chocolate desserts, and pastries.  Try it on ice cream or waffles.  There is no limit to what it can be used with.
