Kiwi X-Mas Tree

A simple last-minute throw together display of kiwi fruit and pomegranate seeds. Nothing easier, but makes a beautiful presentation.

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 ripe kiwis, sliced and sliced in half

• Pomegranate seeds

DIRECTIONS:

1. Slice kiwi fruit into slices

2. Cut kiwi slices in half

3. Remove fruit from pomegranate

4. Arrange kiwi half slices as per photograph on oval or round platter

5. Add pomegranate seeds as ornaments and star as pictured

6. Refrigerate until ready to serve

7. Again, not a hearty appetizer, but a very attractive one
