Bacon Wrapped Sausages 

Bacon makes everything better! Bacon wrapped sausages really deliver a treat that everyone will be grabbing and you wondering whether you’ve made enough.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pkg smoky link cocktail sausages

  • 1 pkg bacon strips, cut into 3 pieces per strip

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar or maple syrup

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  3. Remove cocktail sausage from package and wrap each sausage with a piece of cut bacon

  4. Place each bacon wrapped sausage onto the baking sheet and sprinkle a little brown sugar (or brush on some maple syrup) before baking

  5. Bake in preheated oven for about an hour, but start watching it after 45 minutes.

  6. The bacon will be caramelized by the brown sugar

  7. Serve warm
